It Happened One Christmas Eve played to sold out audiences at Westchester Broadway Theater in Elmsford, NY. The show played there also in 1996 and 1988 and 1989. Steven wrote all the original music with Book and Lyrics by Barbara Campbell and Bob Fitzsimmons.

Steven was the associate musical director for Jewish Repertory Theatre’s production of The Jazz Singer (Al Jolson Story). The show was directed by Richard Sabellico at Playhouse 91 (316 E 91st) at 212-239-6200 or 212-831-2000. Show times: Tues at 8PM, Wed at 2PM and 8PM, Thur at 8PM, Sat at 8PM and Sun at 2PM and 7PM. Performances were Oct 23rd and continued through November 28th.

Steven was at the Downtown Cabaret where he filled in as musical director for Phantom. He returned in October as the musical director for Always… Patsy Cline. Web site: www.dtcab.com. Steven (called “Joe Bob” in the show) was on stage — acting & S i n g i n g !

Steven served as musical director for Jana Robbins (Standby for Tyne Daly in Broadway Revival of GYPSY[email protected]) act at Peaches (206 E. 63rd) on Monday March 29, 1999. She performed songs by Brian Gari and Jim Walton, among others.
